To further enhance the fire safety awareness and emergency response capabilities of all employees during the Fire Safety Awareness Month, Hosea Chem participated in the 2025 Employee Firefighting Skills Competition on November 6th. This event, themed "Fire Safety for All, Life First – Safe Use of Fire and Electricity," featured over 90 contestants from 18 teams representing various units competing in real-world scenarios to hone their skills and demonstrate their responsibility through teamwork.

The competition consisted of four practical events: a weighted run, a live fire extinguishing drill (men's/women's groups), and a water-shooting target practice, comprehensively testing the contestants' firefighting skills, physical fitness, and mental resilience.
In the first event, the weighted run, the contestants sprinted with all their might, showcasing excellent physical fitness and a tenacious fighting spirit. The subsequent live fire extinguishing drill was equally impressive. Facing raging flames, the men's team remained calm and swift, accurately extinguishing the fire; the women's team operated skillfully and decisively, earning rounds of applause for their proficient techniques. In the water-shooting target practice event, each team had a clear division of labor and coordinated their efforts, laying out water hoses quickly and accurately, and hitting the targets directly.
After fierce competition, Hosea Chem team won the first prize in the team competition with its outstanding overall performance.
