1. Ammonium Lauryl Ether (3EO) Sulfate with the active matter 70.0 ±2.0
This product is a high active, cosmetic-grade of ammonium lauryl ether sulphate manufactured by continuous SO3 sulphation of a narrow cut, ethoxylated(3EO) alcohol, followed by ammonia neutralization.
Appearance at 25°C: Pale amber or pale yellow Pourable paste
Freezing point: 10°C
Active Matter: 70.0 ± 2.0 %
Unsulphated Matter: 3.5% max
Sodium Sulphate: 1.5% max
pH (2% solution): 6.0-7.0
1,4-Dioxane: 50 ppm max
Applications:
It is a cosmetic-grade, high-quality raw material.lt can be widely used in shampoos, foaming agents and other cleaning products, especially in lower pH value formulation.
Storage:
The product is sensitive to changes in temperature and pH. Decomposition can occur at temperatures above 40°C or in acidic conditions ( pH below 5 ).
Store the product in 20-40°C is recommended.
2. Ammonium Lauryl Ether (3EO) Sulfate with the active matter 25.0 ±0.5
This product is a 25% ammonium lauryl ether sulphate solution.lt is manufactured by continuous S03 sulphation of a narrow cut, ethoxylated(3EO) alcohol, followed by ammonia neutralization.
Appearance at 25°C: Pale yellow transparent liquid
Active Matter: 25.0 ± 0.5%
Unsulphated Matter: 1.0% max
Ammonium Sulphate: 0.6% max
Ammonium Chloride: 0.2 % max
pH (10% solution): 6.0-7.0
1,4-Dioxane: 25 ppm max
