1. Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate with the active matter 70.0±2.0
This product is a high active, cosmetic-grade of ammonium lauryl sulphate manufactured by continuous SO3 sulphation of a narrow cut alcohol, followed by ammonia neutralization.
Appearance at 30°C: Pale amber or pale yellow, Pourable paste
Freezing point: 21~28°C
Active Matter: 68 % min
Unsulphated Matter: 4.0% max
pH (2% solution): 6.0-7.0
Ammonium Sulphate: 2.0% max
Ammonium Chloride: 0.5 % max
Applications:
It is widely used in shampoos, foam bath preparations, other cleaning products, especially in lower pH value formulation.
Storage:
The product is sensitive to changes in temperature and pH.
Store in 30-40°C is recommended.
2. Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate with the active matte 28.5±1.0
This product is a 30% ammonium lauryl sulphate solution, manufactured by continuous SO3sulphation of a narrow cut alcohol, followed by ammonia neutralization.
Appearance at 25°C: Pale amber, viscous liquid
Active Matter: 28.5 ± 1.0%
Unsulphated Matter: 1.5% max
Ammonium Sulphate: 0.7% max
Ammonium Chloride: 0.3 % max
pH (10% solution): 6.0-7.0
Applications:
This product is widely used in shampoos, foam bath preparations, other cleaning products, especially in lower pH value formulation.
This product is also applied in rubber industry as emulsifier.
This product can also be used in the formulation of carpet shampoos.
Preservative
This product contains preservative (Kathon) to prevent bacteria growth.
Storage:
The product is sensitive to changes in temperature and pH.
Store at 15-40°C , and Re-test periodically.
