Cyclic Trimethylolpropane Formaldehyde Application
Cyclic Trimethylolpropane Formaldehyde is a monocyclic monohydric alcohol, a colorless liquid with a low odor and excellent performance. It is suitable for producing radiation-cured monomer esters and is a monofunctional reactive diluent with low shrinkage and good reactivity. It can be used to prepare low-odor, high-glass transition temperature acrylic monomer monomers. After acrylate esterification, CTF exhibits advantages over traditional monoacrylate monomers, including lower viscosity, lower odor, higher reactivity, and better adhesion. It can also result in faster curing speed and higher hardness. As a monohydric monomer, it can improve the adhesion of coatings to plastics, ceramics, metals, and other hard substrates.
Cyclic Trimethylolpropane Formaldehyde is also suitable for use as a lubricant additive, cutting fluid additive, high-boiling-point solvent, and chemical building materials.
