Accelerator NA-22 [ Ethylene thiourea ] Applications
This product can be used as an accelerator for various types of chloroprene rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, epichlorohydrin rubber, and acrylic rubber. It is particularly suitable for 54-1 (W) and general-purpose (GN) chloroprene rubber. For W-type chloroprene rubber, lead monoxide or lead tetroxide can be used as a vulcanizing agent to produce water-resistant rubber compounds. It is used in products such as wires and cables, rubber, hoses and tapes, rubber shoes, rain boots, and raincoats. It is also used as an intermediate for fine chemicals, antioxidants, pesticides, dyes, pharmaceuticals, and synthetic resins.
