Hexamethyldisilazane Application
1. Hexamethyldisilazane is mainly used as methyl silane alkylation (such as amikacin, penicillin, cephalosporins and kinds of penicillin derivatives), hydroxyl protectants of antibiotics.
2. It is a pharmaceutical intermediate of amikacin, the protectant of hydroxyl and amino.
3. Silylation reagents can be used in the production of thiamine kanamycin.
4. It is used as an adhesion promoter for photoresists in photolithography.
5. Alkaline silylation protective agent, inorganic filler treatment agent.
