Polypropylene Terephthalate （PTT polyester）
Polypropylene Terephthalate combines the stain resistance of polyester, the softness of nylon, and the bulkiness of acrylic. It also possesses excellent dyeability and printability, making it suitable for the production of various fabrics. Its stain resistance makes garments made from it easier to care for and clean, and combined with its good antistatic properties, it can be widely used in carpets, bedding, and other applications. Its high elasticity and good drape significantly improve the comfort of clothing, making it suitable for sportswear, professional attire, and yoga wear.
Our factory has now completed construction and commenced production of the world's largest integrated PDO/PTT plant, with an annual PTT production capacity of 150,000 tons. Utilizing proprietary Shell technology, we produce PDO using ethylene oxide as a raw material, which is then esterified and polymerized with PTA to produce PTT. The project employs a large amount of imported equipment and leverages intelligent control systems, resulting in significant advantages such as low production costs, high efficiency, and stable product quality.
