Product Description

Distillation unit (atmosphere and vacuum)

1. High efficiency crude oil demulsifier  (T-18)

Used in electrical desaling unit. Demulsifier can be selected according to the nature of crude oil.

2. Low Temperature demulsifier (T-28)

Directly demulsify and dehydrate the heavy oil,  reduce the cost of crude oil desalting process.

3. Crude oil decalcifying agent (T-8)

Used to remove Ca, Mg, Fe, Ni, and V etc. from crude oil.

4. Multifunction corrosion inhibitor (R-28)

Inhibiting the corrosion happened in the atmospheric column top, fractionating column top, hydrogenation unit and other acidic system.

5. Neutralizer and corrosion inhibitor (R-28P)

Can effectively prevent the oil and water from emulsification, applicable to corrosion prevention and inhibition of fractionating system of atmospheric and vacuum and catalytic units.

6. High temperature corrosion inhibitor (RG-28)

Used in inhibiting corrosion in high temperature part caused by naphthenic acid and etc.

7. Atmospheric residue foul inhibitor (F-28)

Can effectively inhibit fouling in vacuum residue system and corrosion to equipment, and increase the quantity of the by-product steam.


Delayed coking unit

1. Coking antifoaming agent  (SY-1)

Used in coking antifoaming and increase the liquid yield. This agent contains very little silicon and is harmless to hydrogenation catalyst.

2. Coking antifouling and liquid increasing agent (ZF-38)

Used in coking system furnace tube, anti-coking and anticorrosion; increase the liquid yield by 1.5% or more.

3. Coking foul inhibitor (F-58)

Used in coking system furnace tube ,prevent it from fouling and corrosion.


Hydrogenation unit

1. Hydro-refining foul inhibitor  (H-28)

Use in hydro-refining unit ,prevent it from fouling, or remove the foul ,and inhibite coking in catalyst , and extend catalyst service life.

2. Hydro-cracking foul inhibitor (H-38)

Use in hydro-refining unit ,prevent it from fouling, or remove the foul ,and inhibiting slacken catalyst ,coking in and extend catalyst service life.

3. Hydro-corrosion inhibitor (R-28H)

Used in diesel oil hydrogenation and heavy oil hydrogenation distillation column and air cooling tower.

4. Hydrogenation flame retardant (CH-18)

Used as flame retardant while discharging cat in hydrogenation unit and other equipment, subsititute scrubbing desulphurization  and increase safety.


Catalytic cracking unit

1. Gasoline alkene reduction and desulfurizing auxiliary  (JX-18)

Used to reduce gasoline alkene content and total sulfur content.

2. Oil slurry foul inhibitor (F-18)

Used in inhibiting polymerizing of olefins and fouling in catalytic cracking oil slurry system and corrosion to equipment.

3. Multifunctional Scale Remover (F-20)

Can remove jellies from trays gradually and prevent generation of jellies on trays, which ensures fractionators to run properly and reliably for long term.

4. New kind of gas desulfurizing agent (L-8)

Used for of  removal HS, mercaptan and organic sulphur.

5. Special desulphurizing agent for sulphur unit (L-18)

Used for deep refining of gas, not only remove H2s, but also absorb organic sulphur in the feed gas.

6. Gasoline deodorization activator (L-38)

Used for gasoline refining process and can increase catalyst activity and accelerate mercaptan oxidation, and increase the quality.up to the standard.

7. Oil slurry precipitant (CY-8)

Used to remove catalyst powder from the catalytic oil slurry for more than 80%.

8. Catalyst anti-coking activator  (Z-18)

Used to increase the amount of mixed slag, reduce coking, increase liquid yield by 1% or more, and improve product distribution and stop settler coking.

9. Yield-increase propylene assistant (BS-18)

Used to increase propylene yield and gasoline octane number.

10. Catalytic reaction improver (ZT-8)

Used to improve the activity of equilibrium, reduce the use of catalyst, reduce heavy oil production rate and to improve the product yield.

11. Desulphurization  and denitrification Multifunctionalauxiliary (TSN-28)

Used to reduce more than 60% SOx and more than 60% NOx in the catalyst regeneration unit.

12. Gas desulphurizing agent used in Catalytic plant (TS-38)

Used to remove more than 60%SOx in the catalyst  regeneration unit.

13. gas denitrifying agent used in Catalytic plant (TN-18)

Used to remove more than 60%NOx in the catalyst  regeneration unit.


Fuel oil additive

1. Diesel fuel stabilizer  (CK-8)

Stabilize catalytic diesel oil color value and total insoluble content and improve catalytic diesel oil quality.

2. High efficiency gasoline anti-oxidizing and anti-gelling agency (KY-8)

Used to prevent the generation of gel in gasoline, extend induction period, and resist metal ion catalytic oxidation.

3. Gasoline corrosion modifier (R-8)

Used to increase gasoline copper sheet corrosion qualification rate, especially can be applied in the situation where the oil quality is suddenly not qualified.

4. Diesel lubrication modifier (Y-38)

Used to prevent coking of diesel injection pump, reduce diesel engine tail gas emission.

5. Crude oil flow improver (Y-28)

Used to reduce crude oil pour point, improve flow, and save storage energy consumption.


Viscosity breaking unit

1. Viscosity breaking  and fouling inhibitor  (F-38)

Used to decrease coking of viscosity breaking furnace and increase liquid yield.


Power plant

1. Desulphurization and efficiency improver  (CC-8)

Can effectively increase wet desulphurization efficiency,prevent the fouling of desulphurization tower, reduce energy consumption of desulphurization tower circulation pump and increase safety production guarantee.

2. Boiler energy-saving scale cleaner (JN-18)

Can effectively solve the problems of boiler corrosion and precipitation and assure the system is maintained at the optimum condition.

3. Dry flue gas cleaning process (GTN-18)

Directly spray the agent to furnace and remove SO and NOx in the flue gas of coal-fired boiler.
