1. TEA Lauryl Sulfate with the active matter 40.5 ±1.0
This product is a 40% TEA lauryl sulfate solution, made by continuous SO3 sulfation of a narrow cut, fatty alcohol followed by neutralization with TEA.
Appearance at 25°C: Pale yellow transparent liquid
Viscosity at 20°C: 100cp.s max
Active Matter: 40.5 ± 1.0 %
Unsulphated Matter: 1.5% max
Sulphate: 2.0% max
pH (5% solution): 6.5-7.5
Chloride ion: 0.2% max
Applications:
The product is widely used in various hair shampoos and shower products, especially in the formulation of high quality and low viscosity.
Preservative
This product contains preservative (Kathon) to prevent bacteria growth.
Storage:
The product is sensitive to changes in temperature and pH.
2. TEA Laureth Sulfate with the active matter 39.0 ±1.0
This product is a TEA laureth sulfate solution. It is made by continuous SO3 sulphation of a narrow cut, ethoxylated(3EO) alcohol, followed by neutralization with TEA.
