Trimethylolpropane Triacrylate Application
As a chemical and radiation-assisted crosslinking agent for polymers, it is suitable for the processing and modification of synthetic rubber, polyolefins, polyester resins, etc., and can also be used as a monomer, adhesive, and raw material for the preparation of polymers.
Current Aid
When used with peroxides for vulcanization in synthetic rubber, it can improve corrosion resistance, aging resistance, hardness, and heat resistance, and can absorb the odor produced during the vulcanization of peroxides (such as DCP bis(2,5)). It has a plasticizing effect during compounding and a hardening effect after vulcanization, and can be used in MBR, EPDM, acrylic rubber, and neoprene rubber.
Crosslinking Agent
It can reduce radiation dose, shorten radiation time, and increase crosslinking density. It has the characteristics of low viscosity, high degree of crosslinking, low vapor pressure, and fast curing speed (especially suitable for radiation crosslinking processes of PVC and PE); it can be used in UV-curable inks and photopolymer materials.
Wire Coating Material
Used as a crosslinking agent for PVC resin as a coating material for wires, a very thin layer can be coated on a fine wire core to obtain a heat-resistant and tough film.
