DCBS (DZ) Rubber Accelerator (CAS 4979-32-2), also known as N,N-Dicyclohexyl-2-benzothiazolesulfenamide, is an important sulfenamide-type rubber vulcanization accelerator.
DCBS is a delayed-action accelerator with excellent scorch safety and good processing safety. It is widely used in natural rubber and various synthetic rubber compounds where a long scorch time and controlled vulcanization rate are required.
Compared with some other sulfenamide accelerators, DCBS provides a longer delayed-action period and good storage stability, making it suitable for various rubber processing applications.

Applications of DCBS (DZ) Rubber Accelerator
DCBS is a sulfenamide accelerator with excellent anti-scorching property and delayed onset of cure. It is compatible with natural and synthetic rubbers, suitable for radial ply tyre, rubber belts and shock absorber, etc. Particularly it produces good adhesion to metal.
