Applications of Fluorescent Brightener 113
Mainly used for whitening pulp, surface sizing, coating and other processes. It can also be used for whitening cotton, linen and cellulose fiber fabrics, and brightening light-colored fiber fabrics.
Instructions for use:
1. In the papermaking industry, dissolve the material in 20 times its volume of water and then add it to pulp, coatings, or surface sizing agents. The usual dosage is 0.1-0.3% of the oven-dry pulp or coating.
2. When used for whitening cotton, linen, and cellulose fibers, the fluorescent whitening agent can be directly added to the dyeing vat and dissolved in water before use. Dosage: 0.08-0.3%; Bath ratio: 1:20-40; Bath temperature: 60-100℃.
