Performance Characteristics
1. Good water solubility; it dissolves in 3–5 times its volume of boiling water (approx. 300 g/L) and in cold water (approx. 150 g/L).
2. Insensitive to hard water; Ca²⁺ and Mg²⁺ ions do not affect its whitening performance.
3. Stable against peroxide bleaching agents and reducing-agent-based bleaches (such as sodium hydrosulfite).
4. Moderate acid resistance; optimal whitening occurs at a pH > 7.
Usage Instructions (Example: Pad-batch method):
Pad-bath temperature: 95–98°C; Dwell time: 10–20 minutes; Liquor ratio: 1:20;
Steaming time: approx. 45 minutes;
Dosage: 0.1–0.5%.
