MBTS (DM) (CAS 120-78-5), also known as 2,2'-Dithiobis(benzothiazole), Dibenzothiazole Disulfide and Rubber Accelerator DM, is an important thiazole-type rubber vulcanization accelerator.
It is widely used in natural rubber, synthetic rubber and reclaimed rubber compounds. MBTS provides good scorch safety and stable vulcanization performance and can be used alone or in combination with other rubber accelerators to optimize curing performance.
