NOBS (MBS) (CAS 102-77-2), also known as N-Oxydiethylene-2-benzothiazolesulfenamide, 2-(Morpholinothio)benzothiazole and Rubber Accelerator NOBS, is an important sulfenamide-type rubber vulcanization accelerator.
It is a delayed-action accelerator widely used in natural rubber and various synthetic rubber compounds. NOBS provides good scorch safety, processing safety and efficient vulcanization performance. It can be used alone or in combination with other accelerators to optimize curing performance.
