o/p-Toluenesulfonamide (OTSA/PTSA), CAS 1333-07-9, is a mixture of ortho- and para-toluenesulfonamide isomers.
The product is used as an industrial additive and intermediate in polymer and specialty chemical applications. It can be used in selected formulations for plastics, polyamides, coatings and other industrial materials, depending on the specific product grade and formulation requirements.
The physical properties and performance of the product may vary depending on the ratio of the ortho- and para-isomers. Common commercial grades may be supplied with different o/p isomer ratios.
