Applications:
1. Extremely low volatility, almost no evaporation loss during use;
2. Universal high-efficiency antioxidant, used to prevent the oxidation of a wide range of mineral oils and synthetic oil-based lubricants in high-temperature environments;
3. Control the formation of sludge at extremely high temperatures and keep equipment clean;
4. High purity product, more difficult to change color than other diphenylamine derivatives.
Due to its unique performance advantages, it is particularly suitable for aviation engine oils to meet a variety of requirements. And, because of its extremely low volatility, it outperforms many other alkylated diphenylamine products in high-temperature greases. The recommended dosage is 0.1~2%. This product can also be used as a rubber antioxidant for natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, and chloroprene rubber, and has a protective effect against heat, oxygen, and flex cracking. It has obvious thermal brittleness resistance in chloroprene rubber and enhances ozone aging resistance.
Synergy:
1. If Antioxidant KY-01 is used in combination with phenolic antioxidants such as antioxidant KY-135 and copper metal deactivator, its performance can be further improved.
2. If Antioxidant KY-01 is used in combination with phenyl-α-naphthylamine, their synergistic effect can optimally control the formation of sludge.
Storage:
Store sealed in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight.
Package:
Composite paper bag lined with plastic film bag - net weight 25kg. It can also be packaged according to user requirements.
