Applications of Calcium Chloride
Calcium Chloride is used in a wide range of industrial applications. In the oil and gas industry, it is used in drilling, completion and workover fluids. Its aqueous solutions are also used in industrial refrigeration systems.
Other applications include road deicing, dust suppression, concrete setting acceleration, moisture absorption, water treatment, and as a firming agent in food processing where food-grade material is required.
